All Sales Are Final
At CaseFOYO, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or customer error (e.g., incorrect size or shipping address).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We only offer replacements or store credit in the following cases:
- Damaged Items: If the item arrives broken or defective.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product entirely.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us at CaseFOYO@Gmail.com within 1 week of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
Shipping Delays
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge our shipping timeline of 2 to 3 weeks. We do not issue refunds for items that are currently in transit or within this delivery window.
Forced Returns
Items sent back to us or our suppliers without prior authorization will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
